About the KMO program

First steps

Create a Club

  • read the rules of the club – the so-called KMO programme charter
  • get a group of willing children together,
  • Find a venue and set up regular meeting times,
  • plan the topics together.

Already have a club? Register it with us!

Only a registered club carer is entitled to use the free activities organised by the Copernicus Science Centre.

If you do not receive an activation link after submitting the form, check that your club’s information is visible on the Young Explorer’s Club page – this will indicate that registration was successful. The best way to do this is to use a search engine.

  • By registering – don’t forget to agree to receive KMO’s newsletter! This way you will receive information about events, competitions and current affairs.
  • Use our database of scenarios and inspiration from other carers.
  • Join the KMO Guardians group on Facebook.
  • Contact the Regional Programme Partner from your province and see what support you can receive from them.

Do you need more guidance? Wondering what to do at club meetings and where to find inspiration? Take a look at the film “KMO for beginners”. KMO leaders working in different regions of the country with different age groups – from kindergarten to primary school, secondary school to university – share their experience and what is most important to them in KMO.
